The brace that made functional management practical. Standard 02-A is preferred for acute injury. Training brace 02-B is best suited for chronic instability and acute injury. Quality construction resists inversion more than taping, yet normal flexion is virtually unrestricted. Also, anatomically contoured shells conform closely to the ankle with minimal bulk to the shoe.
